Are you seeing an error message saying:
"The user name or password is incorrect."
There could be four options:
1 - You registered with a different email address.
Most of us have two or three email addresses now, sometimes even more! Try some of your alternative email addresses to check, just encase you used one of these.
2 - Your payment was rejected by your card issuer

3 - Your using the wrong domain
The domain is the @gmail, @icloud, @yahoo etc part of the email address. Often users type the wrong one when trying to log in. Try a different one to the one you're using now, you'd be surprised how often this solves the problem, and don't worry, you wont lock yourself out of your account by doing this.
4 - You misspelled your email address when you registered
On occasion we all make mistakes when typing and it could be that you did this when you registered. If your email address is firstname.lastname@example.org you may have accidentally hit the wrong key and registered as email@example.com or mary. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you've spelled your email address wrongly or left a space, our system won't auto-correct it and you'll be registered under the incorrect account. If you recognize the misspelling, you will still be able to log in, as long as you spell it the same every time i.e. if you realize you registered as mary .email@example.com (notice there's an accidental space) as long as you include the space when you next log in, you'll still be able to access your account.
Unfortunately if you didn't realize you misspelled your email address at registration, you won't be able to use the reset password feature as the server won't recognize an incorrect email address.
