Are you seeing an error message saying?: "The user name or password is incorrect."
If you are seeing this message, it could be due to one of the following three reasons:
You registered with an alternative email address.
Most of us have two or three email addresses now, sometimes even more! Try some of your alternative email addresses to check, just in case you used one of these.
You're using the incorrect domain.
The domain is the @gmail, @icloud, @yahoo etc part of the email address. Often users type the wrong one when trying to log in. Try a different one to the one you're using now, you'd be surprised how often this solves the issue, and don't worry, you won’t lock yourself out of your account by doing this.
You misspelled your email address when you registered.
On occasion we all make mistakes when typing and it could be that you did this when you registered. If your email address is mary.jane@example.com you may have accidentally hit the wrong key and registered as maey.jane@example.com
If you have made an error when entering your email address, it will mean that your account will be set up with this error. If you recognize the misspelling, you will still be able to log in, if you spell it the same way every time you log in.
However please note you will not receive email updates, receipts etc from us as we will be auto-contacting the incorrect email, this includes the reset password feature. If this happens, please contact our support staff HERE, so that we can assist in getting you back on track.
