If your payment has been rejected by your card issuer, this can be due to the following two reasons:
1 - Card doesn't support this type of transaction
To prevent fraud, some card providers block payments to subscription services to avoid customers being repeatedly charged if they're unaware of the purchase. Whilst this is useful when things do go wrong, it can cause issues when you are wanting to subscribe for a service such as Device Tracker Plus. If you call your bank, they should be able to adjust your account settings and allow the purchase for you. If your bank blocked the purchase, you will not currently have an active account with us but if you need help setting up after you've contacted them just drop us a message or call us, we'd be happy to help you get started.
2 - Insufficient funds
If your payment is declined this could be due to insufficient funds being available in the account, or due to security measures your bank has in place. Please contact your bank and as soon as you have resolved the issue come back, log into your account and continue to set up your subscription.
If your Device Tracker Plus monthly subscription was set up just before payday or at the same time as other bills have come out resulting in insufficient funds being available at the time we make a request for your monthly payment, then your bank will fail the payment. Please do not worry, this will not affect your account or any tracking history you have. Our payment provider will simply re-apply for the funds a few days later. Your subscription will stay active until you decide you wish to cancel.
