If you’ve had charges to your card that you do not recognised, you may well have chosen to cancel your card to avoid unauthorised activity on your account.
If we are processing a refund for you during this period please do not worry, your bank will organise for the funds to reach your account so you can still access your money. Please remember that refunds can take between 5-10 working days to process through the banking system.
