Fraud is a subject that we take very seriously, and we will do everything in our power to assist you when there is suspected fraud.
Luckily, due to the nature of our service, it’s easy for us to locate fraudsters when they strike.
What we'll need
We'll ask you for some basic bank details to allow us to locate any charges being made against your card. Please be aware that the information we ask for cannot be used to make charges and does not compromise your account security in any way.
What we'll do
As soon as the subscription that is using your card has been verified as a fraudulent payment we will-
- Cancel the subscription
- Delete the card details
- Close the account
We will not be able disclose any information about the account to you if you are not the account holder. This is due to our privacy policy and GDPR, however rest assured that no further payment will be taken using your card.
