The Device Tracker Plus app must be fully installed on the device before it is lost; sending the app to a missing device will not allow you to track it, as the set-up process will not complete. This means that if you have lost your device and purchased Device Tracker Plus to try to find it, unfortunately we will not be able to help you find it on this occasion. We recommend that you keep your account open so that you can install the app on your device if it is found or if you want to install it on a new device.
