If you have paid by card and have requested a refund at the time of cancellation, and it has been approved in line with our Terms of Service, you will receive an email confirmation and an auto-refund receipt.
Please be advised that if the email address was incorrectly input at time of registration, you will not receive the auto receipt as the server will not recognise your email address.
If you are a mobile payment customer, we will call you informing you that the refund has been authorised.
