If you have paid by card and have received an email confirming your refund is being processed then your payment is on its way, The payment will be returned to the account used for the original payment, this can take between 5 - 10 *working days to process through the banking system. If the payment has taken longer than 10 working days, please contact your bank as they'll be able to trace the payment for you.
