If you have added a wrong device then it is not a problem, it can be fixed in a few easy steps.
1. Delete the app off of the device you wrongly added it to. This can be done by holding down the app icon and tapping the red X icon that appears on the top right hand side of the app if you are on an IOS device, if you are on an android device just hold down the app icon and drag it to the waste bin.
2. Once you have deleted the app off of the wrong device log into your Device Tracker Plus account you can click HERE to open the log in page. Once you have logged in click on tracking, there you should see the device you wrongly added, you can delete the device by clicking on the bin icon next to the device name. The device should now be deleted.
3. Now click the grey button that says add a device and follow the steps. In step 2 make sure to enter the number or email address of the device you wish to track, enter a number to track a phone or enter an email address to track a tablet.
