If you're trying to sign-up but getting an error message saying your email is already taken, don't worry, just follow these simple steps.
- Click HERE, this will take you to the reset password page
- Enter your email address in the box and hit "Reset Password", you'll be redirected back to the login page.
- Now go to your inbox, you should have a message from Device Tracker Plus with a six character password
- Manually enter your email address and the new password, exactly how it appears, into the login page.
- You'll now be taken to the packages page where you can choose which monthly subscription you'd like.
