If you're trying to sign-up and you’re getting an error message saying your email is already taken, don't worry, just follow these simple steps:
- Click HERE, to open the reset password page
Enter your email address in the box and hit """"Reset Password"""", and you'll be redirected back to the login page. - Now go to your inbox, you should have a message from Device Tracker Plus with a six-character password, don’t forget to check your spam folder if you can’t see the email in your inbox.
- Manually enter your email address and the new password, exactly how it appears, into the login page.
- You'll be taken to the packages page where you can choose which monthly subscription you'd like.
