If you are seeing your own location rather than the tablet you want to track, this means you've installed the app onto the wrong tablet. No problem, this is easily fixed! On step 2 on the set up guide you are asked to enter the device email address, this is the email of the tablet that will be tracked, so for example, if you’d like to track your child’s tablet, enter their email address here.
When you've entered their email address and clicked "Send Email", an email will be sent to their tablet including a link allowing you to download Device Tracker Plus onto their tablet. Remember, you'll need the device to hand so you can see when the message has been received!
If you have installed the app onto the wrong device, simply delete the app and also remove it from the “Registered Devices” list by clicking the bin icon.
