If you have a subscription and are wondering how to install the app on a device just follow this simple step by step guide:
1 – Log into your account
2 – Click on the link 'Add A Device' and select the 'My device is NOT lost.' option - you will be adding the device you wish to track.
3 - Are you on the device you wish to track? or not? Please select the correct option for your situation.
4 - The next step is to name the device. If you are NOT on the device you wish to track then please proceed to step 7.
Please ensure to select YES on the toggle button if you wish this device to have full access to tracking and features or NO if you wish to limit account access.

5 - You are nearly up and tracking! If you are on the device you wish to track, all you need to do now is select the appropriate store link to download the app onto the device. DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR FAMILY ID.
6 - Once you have downloaded the app, open it and underneath the username and password boxes you will see a link to enter your Family ID. Click on this link and enter the Family ID you were given during set up.
N/B: If you need to be reminded of the Family ID, simply pop back into your account, go to 'My Devices' and you will locate it in the named device menu.
You have now linked the app on your named device to your account. Now all you have to do is log into the app with your username and password to finish activation.
You’re done! Tracking will now start on this device, you can view tracking history and manage services for this device from within the 'My Devices' section of your account.
7. If you are NOT on the device you wish to track and have clicked this button, all you need to do now is copy and paste the unique link, highlighted in green in the center of the page, add it to an email or text message and send it to the device you wish to download the tracking app onto:
